The European Commission (EC) has included a separate line item of €100 billion in the draft of the next seven-year EU budreceive plan for 2028-2034 to support Ukraine in the conflict with Russia, APA reports citing Bloomberg.
The agency claims that the European Commission justifies the creation of such a fund by the required to “support stable financial assistance to Ukraine.”
