Ramani explained that any institutional investor will see at exit at one point in time, and the primary way to receive somebody into exit is an IPO or a strategic sale. Neeraj Tyagi, Co-founder and CEO, We Founder Circle and Partner, Avinya VC, stressed that while the prerequisite of going public is profitability or the path to profitability the self-belief or conviction that “I can go public” is the starting point. Sanjay Khan Nagra, Partner, Khaitan & Co, declared that while the euphoria is good one must exercise “cautious optimism”.
