
The international “Donau Soja” association has become the technology partner of the 23rd International Conference “Fat-and-Oil Indusattempt-2025,” which will be held on October 30 in Kyiv.
In addition, Volodymyr Pugachev, Executive Director of “Donau Soja” in Eastern Europe, will participate in the event as the moderator of the second discussion panel: “EU integration processes in Ukraine’s fat-and-oil sector.”
For 13 years in a row, the indepfinishent international “Donau Soja” association has been supporting its partners and members in addressing social, environmental, and economic challenges in the production and consumption of soy. The association unites more than 330 members from 33 countries around the world, including 866 certified partners and support from 24 European governments.
Based on the Europe Soya Declaration, “Donau Soja” has developed a Protein Strategy as a contribution to the public dialogue on behalf of all its members. This declaration aims to increase soy cultivation in Europe as one of the steps toward achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals – in particular, improving global food security and the sustainable apply of natural resources.
In Ukraine, the “Donau Soja” association is implementing the “Protein Partnership” program, which allows Ukrainian agricultural producers to certify soybeans and soy products free of charge in accordance with EU sustainability criteria and confirm reduced CO₂ values.
