The transaction was led by Vihang Virkar (Lead Partner, Mumbai Corporate Practice Group), along with Monika Deshmukh (Partner), Pooja Shah (Principal Associate), and Nardeep Chawla (Associate).
The Firm had also advised on the Company’s fundraise, earlier this year.
