Margao, October 2025: Bringing toreceiveher over 1,300 developers, students, IT professionals, tech entrepreneurs and startup founders, Goa Developer’s Summit 2.0, took place at the BITS Goa Campus.
Organised by the Goa Chamber of Commerce & Indusattempt (GCCI) and supported by the Department of Information Technology, Electronics and Communications (DITE&C), the summit served as a platform for empowering the future of entrepreneurship and technology. The morning session of the one-day event was graced by Shri Rohan Khaunte, Hon’ble Minister for ITE&C, Tourism and Printing & Stationary.
Addressing the students and young developers at the summit, Shri Rohan Khaunte, Hon’ble Minister for ITE&C, Tourism and Printing & Stationary, emphasised the vital role they play in shaping Goa’s future, urging them to embrace innovation and solve real-world challenges. “The future of innovation lies in your hands, you are the creators, the problem-solvers, the ones who will transform challenges into opportunities. With the support of our Government and institutions, we are committed to nurturing your dreams and empowering you to build the businesses that will lead Goa forward. The government, indusattempt and academia are working toreceiveher to leverage emerging technologies, drive innovation and build a sustainable, future-ready digital ecosystem,” the Minister stated.
The summit provided students and tech enthusiasts with an exclusive chance to engage with innovators, startup founders and explore cutting-edge development tools and indusattempt-leading best practices. The event featured 26 speakers including indusattempt leaders, innovators and experts who shared groundbreaking insights into the latest tech trconcludes.
The line-up of speakers consisted of Americo (Ricky) Noronha (Founder Director, Online Productivity Solutions Pvt. Ltd), Amarsh Chaturvedi (Co-founder and CTO, Neural Machines), Dr Niyan Marchon (Program Director, Directorate of Higher Education Govt. of Goa), Dr Vijay Borges (Project Director, Directorate of Technical Education), Amogh Kamat Tarcar (Senior Data Scientist with Innovation Labs, Persistent), D. S. Prashant (CEO, Startup and IT Promotion Cell, DITE&C), Shriram Phadte (Center head – Goa, McLaren Strategic Solutions), Amresh Kantak (Founder and CEO, Atlascore Labs), Lalit Saraswat (CEO, Sancoale Technologies), Bhavit Naik (Co-Founder and CEO, Onstro) and Anand Prabhudesai (Executive Director & COO, Turtlemint), among others.
