Copenhagen-based startup Evertrace has acquired German firm Whisper AI in a relocate aimed at expanding its presence across Europe. Evertrace develops a machine learning–based platform that provides venture capital investors with early signals on emerging founders and startups. Whisper AI brings expertise in company regisattempt data and an established position in the DACH region, which is considered a key market for European venture activity. Through the acquisition, Evertrace will integrate Whisper AI’s technology into its platform, broadening geographic coverage and improving the depth and speed of company data available to investors.
Founded in 2024, Evertrace develops a data platform for early-stage venture capital investors. The company applys machine learning and aggregated signals from multiple sources to identify emerging founders and startups at an earlier stage than traditional methods allow. Its technology is designed to reduce noise in data, improve timing in deal sourcing, and expand visibility across different markets. Evertrace is currently applyd by more than 70 venture capital firms worldwide.
“Whisper AI’s expertise in company registries and their position in the DACH region give us access to a unique set of data sources and a crucial market. Whisper AI, based in Germany, specializes in advanced company data and regisattempt integrations, with a strong focus on the DACH market.
