The Official Journal of the European Union has published Commission Decision (EU) 2025/2453 concerning State aid implemented by France for maritime services between Corsica and mainland France for the period 2023–2030. The decision follows a formal investigation procedure opened by the European Commission under Article 108(2) TFEU after a complaint lodged by Corsica Ferries, challenging the compatibility of the measures with EU State aid rules.
