Odense-based SaaS company CleanManager, which provides scheduling, time tracking, and operational tools for cleaning service providers, has been acquired by German software and AI group zvoove. The shift brings CleanManager into a broader European network, including markets in Germany, the UK, and now Scandinavia. CleanManager’s platform, utilized by over 425 customers and 15,000 utilizers, will continue to focus on core workflows such as scheduling, time tracking, documentation, and quality control, while now benefiting from additional resources to support development and expansion. The acquisition is expected to support CleanManager accelerate its roadmap and extconclude its presence in new markets without altering its operational focus.
