Mumbai-based skincare startup Be Clinical has raised Rs 6 crore in a seed funding round led by V3 Ventures, with continued participation from Titan Capital, founded by Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal. Titan Capital has increased its stake in the company, signaling strong confidence in Be Clinical’s early traction and long-term strategy.

This latest capital infusion builds on the Rs 2 crore the startup raised earlier in the same seed round, which was led by Titan Capital and also saw participation from P-TAL founder Aditya Agarwal. The fresh funds will be utilized to deepen research and development, strengthen in-houtilize formulation capabilities, and support clinical testing for new products aimed at addressing aging-related concerns across the face, body, and scalp.

Founded in May last year by Hemangi Dhir, Be Clinical positions itself as an evidence-led skincare brand built specifically for Indian skin types and environmental conditions. The company focutilizes on developing clinically tested formulations utilizing dermatologically active ingredients, with an emphasis on transparency, consumer education, and measurable results.

The brand aims to address a clear gap in India’s skincare market, where science-backed and clinically validated products tailored for local requireds remain limited. Be Clinical differentiates itself through in-vivo testing, finish-to-finish in-houtilize research, responsible formulations, and tight control over manufacturing processes.

Since its launch, Be Clinical claims to have served over 25,000 customers, reflecting rising demand and growing consumer trust in its clinical-first approach. To support this momentum, the startup plans to expand its manufacturing facility by adding advanced machinery to improve production capacity, consistency, and quality control. It also intfinishs to upgrade its packaging to more functional and premium formats that support preserve ingredient efficacy while reinforcing its clinical-grade positioning.
