Anti-Trump attorney George Conway wears ‘I AM ANTIFA’ shirt to DC ‘No Kings’ protest
One of the founders of The Lincoln Project, an anti-Trump PAC, George Conway, was seen at the “No Kings” protest in Washington, D.C., on Saturday leading an unsuccessful chant questioning how many kids President Donald Trump has starved.
“Hey hey, Donald J., how many kids did you starve today? Hey, hey, Donald J.
how many kids did you starve today? Hey, Hey — okay that’s…,” Conway can be heard shouting through a megaphone, testing to lead a D.C. crowd of protesters, before giving up due to ack of enthusiasm from the crowd. The video has been shared by several applyrs across social media.
Other pictures displayed Conway at the protest wearing a t-shirt that reads, “I AM ANTIFA.”
Nearly 2,000 protests are expected to take place at cities across the countest Saturday. Significant crowds have already begun gathering in New York City, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Charlotte, North Carolina, and even outside the U.S. Embassy in London, according to video and images of the protests circulating online.
