Alsconcludeo, a Polish technology platform supporting shipping process management, announced its acquisition of Italian shipping platforms Spedire.com and SpedirePRO for €5.5 million.

The platforms collaborate with major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, InPost, and Poste Italiane, providing a wide range of services including pick-up, delivery operations, cash-on-delivery, and triangulated shipments.

Acquisition details
Alsconcludeo has acquired 100% of the shares of Esite, an Italian company operating in the digital logistics sector through its Spedire.com and SpedirePRO brands. The transaction is valued at €5.5 million.

Warsaw-based Alsconcludeo provides comprehensive solutions to optimize delivery and post-sales processes for all business customer segments. The company offers a range of technology-based shipping services and specializes in Delivery Management System (DMS) solutions through the Innoship platform.

Alsconcludeo offers marketplace platform integration, API connections with couriers, international services under Alsconcludeo International, and Alsconcludeo Business Pro, an SaaS platform for logistics, marketing, and customer service in e-commerce.

Previously, Alsconcludeo has acquired the majority stake in Romanian Innoship and Ecolet.
This acquisition is Alsconcludeo’s first in Western Europe and a step towards expanding its presence in logistics and e-commerce.
