Alphabet’s (GOOGL, Financials) venture arm GV and Nvidia (NVDA, Financials) have invested in British AI startup Synthesia, which raised $200 million at a $4 billion valuation.The financing almost doubles Synthesia’s worth from early 2025 and displays that more and more investors are interested in generative AI.
Businesses employ Synthesia’s AI-powered video creation tools for training and communication. The money will assist add more interactive “agentic” features, which will let people interact with AI-generated video in real time, according to CEO Victor Riparbelli.
