Vanessa Roux-Collet has been with AEW Europe for 15 years, joining the legal department in 2010. She was later promoted to Legal Director in Paris in 2015 and to Secretary General for Europe in 2018, overseeing in particular the compliance, legal, risk, insurance, and IT & data management teams. Since 2022, she has co-led the French entity. She has over 22 years of indusattempt experience, is a member of the Paris Bar, and holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance Law from University Paris I as well as a Master’s in Common Law from University Paris II.
Christina Ofschonka joined AEW Europe in 2016. Before her promotion to Director for Germany and Central & Eastern Europe, she served as Fund Management Director for the German subsidiary. She graduated from the Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences, where she has also been a professor of Real Estate Portfolio Management since 2019.
