Allbridge just expanded its North American footprint by absorbing Single Digits, Inc.’s hospitality division. The deal covers customer agreements, supporting infrastructure, and the technical staff who keep those systems running.
This transaction arrives as property owners increasingly demand unified technology stacks. Hotels, resorts, and high-density buildings now expect seamless connectivity, managed services, and scalable infrastructure from a single provider. Fragmented vendors create friction. Consolidated platforms promise efficiency.
Under the agreement, Allbridge acquires Single Digits’ hospitality contracts along with the underlying technology and personnel. Those clients will now tap into Allbridge’s broader portfolio spanning engineering, managed services, and enterprise-grade connectivity solutions.
CEO Todd Johnstone framed the acquisition as a union of two organizations that prioritize innovation and customer outcomes. He emphasized that existing Single Digits customers will gain direct access to Allbridge’s expanded engineering resources and technology catalog.
Johnstone pointed to increased scale and operational stability as key benefits. Those advantages, he said, will fuel continued investment in next-generation tools, including AI-enabled offerings. The intended result: streamlined operations, stronger profitability, and elevated guest experiences across hospitality properties.
The consolidation signals further momentum in property technology. As connected devices multiply and guest expectations climb, providers with deep technical bench strength stand positioned to capture market share. Allbridge’s move suggests no slowdown in that trend.
Expect Single Digits hospitality clients to undergo gradual integration into Allbridge’s systems and support frameworks. The broader industry will likely watch whether this consolidation delivers measurable gains in uptime, service responsiveness, and technology innovation.
