Oppo fans across Europe may need to brace for sticker shock. The company’s next flagship lineup could debut at prices that represent a dramatic departure from last year’s models.
Several forces have converged to push smartphone costs upward. Memory and storage component prices have climbed steeply, while exploding demand from AI data centers continues squeezing supply. Oppo, like most manufacturers, faces pressure to pass those increases along.
Unconfirmed European pricing points to steep hikes across the Find X10 range. The base model with 256GB would supposedly start at €1,399, according to leaked figures. A 512GB variant reportedly jumps to €1,599.
The range-topping Find X10 Pro Max carries even heftier expectations. Industry watchers suggest it will ship in a single 512GB configuration priced at €1,799. None of these numbers have received official confirmation from Oppo, and the report remains firmly in rumor territory for now.
Even so, the scale of the potential increase deserves attention. Last year’s Find X9 entered the European market at €999 with 512GB included. The Find X9 Pro launched at €1,299 with identical storage. That means a Find X10 at €1,599 would cost a full €600 more than its predecessor for the same capacity, equating to a 60% jump.
The Pro Max comparison proves somewhat less drastic. At €1,799, it would run 38% above the previous Pro model’s launch price.
Oppo has stayed silent on official European pricing or a firm release date. Yet the company already opened blind pre-orders in the UK, suggesting a launch window approaches. Those early reservations include discounts and perks that could soften the blow if the leaked figures hold true.
