Bengaluru will host a heavyweight gathering of ministers, founders, investors, and technologists this October as TechSparks 2026 assembles leaders shaping India’s next growth chapter under the theme “The New Tech Order.”
The three-day summit, running October 13 to 15, arrives at a moment when artificial intelligence and emerging technologies are rewriting how companies operate, how cities function, and how citizens engage with the digital economy. Policymakers and business leaders now face urgent questions about infrastructure, regulation, and long-term scaling.
Karnataka ministers Priyank Kharge and Krishna Byre Gowda headline the government contingent. Kharge, who oversees home affairs and IT, plans to address policy frameworks supporting startups and digital infrastructure. Meanwhile, Gowda brings an urban development lens to Bengaluru’s future, focusing on how technology intersects with city planning.
The speaker roster spans multiple sectors. Zoho Corp Chief Scientist Sridhar Vembu will share his unconventional approach to building a global tech company, including perspectives on distributed innovation and rural entrepreneurship. Angel One Group CEO Ambarish Kenghe joins from the fintech space as digital platforms continue transforming retail participation in financial markets.
AI startups get prominent representation. Emergent founder Mukund Jha, whose company builds AI-powered software creation tools, and Canva India’s Chandrika Deb will both tackle questions around creativity, productivity, and how artificial intelligence alters product development and design workflows.
Deeptech voices include TDK Ventures President Nicolas Sauvage, Niramai Health Analytix founder Dr Geetha Manjunath, and Anusandhan National Research Foundation CEO Dr Shivkumar Kalyanaraman. Their sessions cover corporate venture capital, AI-driven healthcare screening, and the academic-industry research pipeline.
Additional speakers include IIMA Ventures’ Priyanka Agarwal Chopra, actor-director Prakash Belawadi, Apache Doris PMC member Matt Yi, and founders from SolarSquare, GalaxEye, Ethereal Machines, and CynLR.
