Digitide Solutions Limited is reshaping its top leadership with two high profile moves aimed at accelerating an AI centered growth strategy. The company confirmed that Harigovind Krishnasamy will step in as Chief Financial Officer Designate immediately, taking over the full CFO responsibilities on October 1, 2026. Suraj Prasad, the current finance chief, will shift into a newly defined role as Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer on the same timeline.
The Bangalore based digital technology firm sees these changes as central to its profitability first agenda. Discipline around capital allocation and sustainable expansion sits at the core of that plan. Bringing seasoned executives into these positions signals how seriously the board views the next phase.
Krishnasamy arrives with more than two decades of financial leadership across large conglomerates and fast scaling digital businesses. He previously held senior finance roles at Matrimony.com Limited and Indiavidual Learning Limited, a Reliance Jio entity. A Chartered Accountant with international exposure, he has also completed all three levels of the CFA Program.
Prasad, who has steered the company’s financial direction since its demerger and listing, will now oversee portfolio transformation, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and influencer relations. His transition period runs alongside Krishnasamy’s designate tenure through September 2026, designed to produce a smooth handover.
