€6.5 Million Fuels Startup Boasting 10% Hotel Booking Conversion Rates

Entravel Group raises €6.5 million to secure larger supplier credit facilities

Entravel Group has locked down €6.5 million in fresh capital, money the 2026-founded TravelTech plans to deploy toward bigger supplier credit lines, heavier booking volumes, and a push into conventional travel markets.

The funding arrives as online travel distribution undergoes a structural shift. Booking no longer happens only on dedicated travel websites. Hotels and travel services now surface inside super-apps, fintech platforms, and other digital ecosystems where established audiences already spend time.

Ethereal Ventures and Finality Capital co-led the round. GSR, Varrock, G1 Ventures, Seier Capital, Veris Ventures, Funfair Ventures, and WTG Ventures also participated.

Founder and CEO Mathias Lundoe Nielsen points to conversion data as proof the model works. Across the company’s live white-label platforms, users save up to 60 percent on select hotels. Average booking conversion rates top 10 percent, versus an industry norm of roughly 1 to 3 percent.

The group’s infrastructure pieces together every stage of the booking chain. MocatravelX negotiates directly with hotels for rooms and negotiated rates. Ratesnotifyar layers additional inventory on top, giving partners access to more than 2.2 million properties. Its AI mapping system matches hotels and room types across suppliers, cutting out the need for multiple integrations. Entravel then packages this supply and technology as a ready-to-use stack.

A stablecoin-based financial layer for settlement, treasury, and working capital financing will also benefit from the new funding.

The company already powers Brands for Employees, Switzerland’s largest employee benefits platform operated by Digt AG. Its network includes more than 2,500 employers such as UBS, Swisscom, SBB, and Julius Bär, signaling traction well beyond crypto circles.

Ethereum co-founder and Ethereal Ventures Chairman Joseph Lubin sees the timing as critical. Global online travel bookings approach $1.2 trillion in 2026, and he argues that scalable distribution infrastructure has become essential.

Entravel also offers an AI-native MCP interface that links AI agents to its travel data and booking systems. As AI moves from trip suggestions to actual transactions, that connective layer could position the company as a core infrastructure provider across the industry.
