It is this dual perspective that allows him to not just recognise the problem, but actively build scalable solutions for it.

The co-founder Manish, whose background spans over 35 years in the industest, brings unmatched on-ground insight. Having worked closely with project execution, operator availability, and the everyday realities of manpower shortages, his understanding goes far beyond theory. For him, this is not a market gap identified on paper, but a challenge experienced firsthand over decades.
