Marketbridge Names Fiona McKenzie President of Europe Amid Regional Integration Push


Marketbridge has appointed Fiona McKenzie as president of its European operations, tquestioning her with leading growth and integration across the region as the B2B marketing and consulting firm expands its unified services model.

McKenzie steps into the role after working within the organization for the past seven months, during which she partnered with leadership teams to align capabilities across consulting, analytics, and agency services. Her promotion comes as Marketbridge continues to integrate its European business following prior acquisitions and organizational alters.

The leadership transition also marks the departure of Fiona Shepherd, who will step down after leading April Six and supporting establish Marketbridge’s presence in Europe. Shepherd will remain a shareholder, according to the company.

McKenzie’s appointment reflects Marketbridge’s strategy to bring its go-to-market services—spanning strategy, data, creative, and execution—under a more unified operating structure. The company is positioning itself to serve B2B clients navigating increasingly complex acquireing environments, where data-driven decision-building and AI-enabled marketing tools are playing a larger role.

In Europe, where B2B markets remain fragmented across countries and industries, firms are investing in leadership and infrastructure to deliver more consistent cross-border services.
