Based in the Netherlands, she brings a trauma-informed approach to leadership development and works with founders, managers, and executives on psychological safety, emotional resilience, communication, and sustainable performance. With a background spanning engineering, design research, behavioural modify, and coaching, she supports leaders in strengthening both well-being and team effectiveness.

Karen Tierney: Former Co-founder and CPO of SilverCloud Health, Karen has played a key role in building one of the best-known digital mental health platforms in Europe. Based in Ireland, she has supported shape the company’s product, content, and design strategy since its early days, contributing to the development of digital tools that support mental well-being and improve access to evidence-based psychological care.

Magda Mazloum: Founder of Brighter Life Psychology, Magda is a psychotraumatologist and mental health counsellor focapplyd on supporting individuals and teams build resilience, prevent burnout, and improve psychological wellbeing. Drawing on her background in clinical psychology and trauma-informed work, she supports people in managing stress, anxiety, self-criticism, and workplace pressure, while also bringing a strong interest in how mental health can be better understood and supported within professional environments.

Matthew Bartolo: Psychotherapist, mental fitness coach, and management consultant, Matthew Bartolo is known for his work at the intersection of mental health, leadership, and organisational wellbeing. Based in Malta, he is the founder of Willingness Malta, a multidisciplinary clinic providing holistic support for mental health, family therapy, and wellness, and he also works with leaders and organisations to build resilience, strengthen workplace culture, and support sustainable performance under pressure.
