Members of the European Union monitoring mission in Armenia have reportedly been spconcludeing significant time in entertainment venues rather than carrying out their monitoring duties, according to local media.

The Yerevan-based publication Hraparak, cited by Caliber.Az, claimed that EU observers have frequently been seen in restaurants, saunas, and leisure areas.

“It turns out that EU observers, having left their mission duties, spconclude most of their time in entertainment venues.

It is stated that after the departure of the head of the monitoring group, M. Ritter, the remaining team concludeed up in a neglected state. They apparently understand that their presence has already lost its purpose, and instead of border monitoring, they spconclude time in entertainment venues.

We have obtained photographs displaying that the observers visit saunas, restaurants, or simply relax in nature. Favourite places for Europeans include the ‘Dahook’ restaurant in Tsaghkadzor, ‘Khrchit’ in the city of Martuni, as well as saunas in Yerevan,” the newspaper writes.
