Moving Tech Innovations, the parent company of Namma Yatri, has acquired Automicle Holding BV, a Netherlands-based mobility company, marking its enattempt into the European market. This acquisition is part of the company’s international expansion strategy to introduce its zero-commission, community-driven mobility model to global markets.
Moving Tech, founded in Bengaluru, has already completed over 150 million trips across its platforms, assisting drivers earn more than Rs 2,500 crore. Namma Yatri, which operates in cities like Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, and Chennai, connects applyrs directly with auto and cab drivers, ensuring fair prices and a hassle-free ride-hailing experience. Recently, Namma Yatri raised Rs 39.75 crore (around $4.4 million) in a pre-Series A extension round.
