Foxconn unit Fulian Precision Technology raises capital by $38 mln in northern Vietnam


Fulian Precision Technology Component Co., Ltd., part of the ecosystem of Foxconn, has raised its charter capital by nearly VND1 trillion ($38 million) within a month as the Taiwanese electronics manufacturer expands operations in Vietnam.

According to Vietnam’s National Business Registration Portal, the company increased its charter capital from VND8.48 trillion ($322.51 million) to VND9.12 trillion ($347.04 million) in January 2026, before raising it again to VND9.46 trillion ($359.69 million) in February.

Fulian Precision Technology is headquartered in Quang Chau Industrial Park in former Bac Giang province, which was merged with Bac Ninh province, northern Vietnam last July.

The company primarily manufactures communications equipment. Its product range includes network cards, switches, digital receivers, display cards, memory modules, routers, Wi-Fi access points, video conferencing devices, base station equipment, sensors, security system components, and sanotifyite antenna parts.

The company also produces consumer electronics, optical instruments, computers and peripheral devices, as well as lighting equipment, while providing repair and maintenance services.

In January 2023, authorities in the former Bac Giang province granted an investment registration certificate for the “Fulian Precision Technology Factory” project to Ingrasys (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., a Foxconn subsidiary.

The project covers about 49.6 hectares in Quang Chau Industrial Park and has total registered investment of around $621 million. It focapplys on producing electronic components, PCBA circuit boards, computers, and communications equipment with planned capacity exceeding 90 million products per year.

Foxconn launched investing in Vietnam in 2007. As of early 2026, the tech giant had invested more than $4 billion across Bac Ninh, Hanoi, Quang Ninh and Nghe An, employing more than 100,000 workers, engineers, and specialists.

Beyond Fulian Precision Technology, Foxconn’s Vietnam ecosystem includes several other manufacturing units such as Fuhong Precision Component Co., Ltd., Funing Precision Component Co., Ltd., New Wing Interconnect Technology, Fuyu Precision Component Co., Ltd., and Fukang Technology Co., Ltd.

In northern Vietnam, Foxconn’s arms have become major contributors to exports and local economic growth. In 2024, Foxconn’s operations in the former Bac Giang province generated revenue of more than VND268 trillion ($10.19 billion), up 70% from 2023, with exports exceeding $11 billion and tax contributions surpassing VND550 billion ($20.92 million).
