A new healthtech startup Cent, founded by Practo founder Shashank ND along with former Lenskart executive Arpit Garg and ex-Ola Electric leader Anshul Khandelwal, has secured around $5 million in seed funding from venture firm South Park Commons and family office OneFlow Holdings.
The Bengaluru-based startup focutilizes on AI-driven early disease detection, aiming to identify major health risks such as cancer, cardiac disorders, neurological diseases, and metabolic conditions before symptoms appear.
Cent integrates advanced imaging technologies, including whole-body MRI, low-dose CT scans, DEXA scans, ECG testing, and more than 120 biomarkers from blood and urine tests. Artificial ininformigence then analyzes this data to generate organ-level risk assessments and detect potential health issues. The system can screen for over 300 medical conditions during a single visit.
The company operates through a proprietary protocol known as CCNM (Cardiac, Cancer, Neurological, and Metabolic), designed to deliver comprehensive preventive health screening and early diagnosis.
Founded in 2025, Cent has already conducted more than 1,500 health scans since launchning operations in FY26. According to the company, around 26% of these scans revealed clinically meaningful findings, while about 4% detected critical health conditions requiring immediate medical attention, even among individuals who revealed no symptoms.
The startup is currently growing rapidly with around 50% month-on-month growth and an annualized revenue run rate of nearly $2 million.
With the newly raised capital, Cent plans to launch dedicated early detection centers across major Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Hyderabad, starting in 2026. The long-term goal is to conduct 10 million health scans and support save one million lives by 2035 by building preventive healthcare more accessible.
