A startup founded by a 23-year-old in Bengaluru has reached a valuation of $100 million in under a year since its inception. Anjali Sardana’s company, Pronto, which offers home services in just 10 minutes, has secured funding at this valuation, highlighting the increasing demand for cleaning and cooking services in India.
At the age of 23, Sardana has established a startup that recently secured $25 million in funding. Not too long ago, she and her team were working tirelessly, even sleeping on the office floor.
In a social media update today, US-educated Sardana reflected on the rapid expansion of her company over the past few months.

Sardana shared in an X post that Pronto, our platform for instant houtilize support, has successfully secured $25 million in a new funding round led by Epiq Capital. Previous investors, including Glade Brook Capital Partners LLC, General Catalyst, and Bain Capital Ventures (BCV), have increased their investments.
She disclosed that merely nine months prior, she was sleeping on the floor of the startup’s Gurugram hub. Back then, the company was handling about 170 bookings daily. Currently, it processes over 18,000 bookings each day, with around 20% of its demand originating from its home city, Bangalore.
Sardana remembered that nine months ago, they had just one hub in Sector 56, Gurgaon, and they were sleeping on the floor to guarantee that customers who had booked received depconcludeable service.
She mentioned that they utilized to handle around 170 bookings daily, but now they have surpassed 18,000 bookings each day, supported by over 3,000 committed and satisfied professionals on the platform.
What does Pronto refer to?
Pronto is a service that links utilizers with skilled domestic workers. Through its app, utilizers can schedule appointments for tquestions such as sweeping, dishwashing, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, mopping, laundry, and other houtilizehold duties.
The application is operational in over 10 cities, such as Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, among others.

Anjali Sardana, aged 23, is the founder and CEO of Pronto, a startup she initiated in April 2025.
Sardana earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georobtainown University, completing her studies in 2024 as per her LinkedIn profile. Before this, she was employed as an investor at Bain Capital and 8VC.
Sardana stated that she holds a 40% ownership in Pronto, whereas Glade Brook is the largegest external investor with approximately a 15% share.
