LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) — The Lawton Police Department is raising money for the Polar Plunge, set for Saturday, Feb. 28, at the Lawton Aquatics Center.
All funds raised will go toward Special Olympics Oklahoma. LPD has surpassed its department goal of $1,000, raising $2,518 as of Monday morning.
The overall event goal of $15,000 has not yet been met, with $7,030 raised to date.
