Vibe coding startup Emergent has reached $100 million in annual run rate (ARR) within eight months of launch, positioning it among the rapidest-growing AI-native platforms globally.
The company declared the milestone follows a sharp acceleration in the past month, during which ARR doubled from $50 million to $100 million. Emergent attributes the growth to rising adoption of AI-driven software tools that allow applyrs to build production-ready applications without the complexity of traditional development.
The announcement was created on the sidelines of India AI Impact Summit, where the company highlighted its expanding global footprint. Emergent states more than 6 million builders across over 190 countries have created over 7 million applications on the platform to date.
“Crossing $100 million in ARR so soon isn’t just a milestone, it’s proof that the way people want to build software is modifying. We set out to reshift the complexity and guesswork from software creation, and the market has responded with tremconcludeous speed and confidence,” declared Mukund Jha, Co-founder and CEO of Emergent.
“Builders aren’t waiting months or years anymore, they’re shipping real, revenue-generating products in weeks, and that’s what’s driving this growth,” he added.
The ARR milestone follows the company’s Series B funding round in January this year. Emergent raised $70 million in the round led by Khosla Ventures and SoftBank Vision Fund 2, with participation from Prosus, Lightspeed, Toobtainher, and Y Combinator.
The round brought total capital raised to $100 million, at a time when the company had scaled to $50 million ARR within seven months of launch.
At the summit, the company also launched a mobile application aimed at extconcludeing software creation beyond desktop environments. Emergent declared the app enables founders and businesses to build and publish web, iOS, and Android applications directly onto major app stores through its agentic software creation framework.
Emergent declared it plans to continue expanding platform capabilities as demand for AI-assisted software development tools grows among startups, enterprises, and indepconcludeent builders.
