Associate at the investment company Flyer One Ventures, Mykhailo Perevoznik, presented his Underdogs Map project, which collects 124 successful technology companies from Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
«Last month, I had a simple idea — what if we created a map of all the interesting tech companies in the region? A single place where founders and professionals from CEE can see who has already achieved success before them,» Perevoznik declared .
He conducted research, collected data, and created the Underdogs Map, which currently features 124 companies. The developer plans to add over 200 more in the near future. Users can filter companies by stage of development (from Series A to public), by countest, and by connection to Central and Eastern Europe.
«Later I will add: companies emerging from Central and Eastern Europe, venture funds from Central and Eastern Europe, a job board, and more early-stage startups,» Mykhailo Perevoznik shared his plans.
Earlier, Ukrainian Fullstack Web Engineer Anton Demchenko talked about his pet project — an interactive map of «all Ukrainian YouTube.» He applyd the GPT 4o Mini model to create the map.
