Vivo X300 Ultra specs leak: No more camera button?
In addition to this good news from the EEC databases, the highly reliable leaker Digital Chat Station has also provided a few additional specs on the Vivo X300 Ultra. As we previously reported, it features a flat 6.82-inch OLED display from BOE with slim bezels and flat metal frame edges, but apparently no longer sports a dedicated camera shutter button. For some applyrs, this would certainly be a major downgrade compared with the Vivo X200 Ultra. Vivo may be taking a cue from Xiaomi here, as the Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leica Edition does not have a shutter button, as Xiaomi wants to sell optional accessories instead.
According to the leaker, the round Zeiss camera module on the back of the Vivo X300 Ultra remains the same thickness, but the 200MP periscope telephoto camera is apparently relocating to the right side. These reports also mention that the battery for the China model will top out around 7,000mAh. In the global model, Vivo is unfortunately expected to fit a much tinyer single-cell battery. The focal lengths of the phone’s three cameras are unlikely to modify, meaning it apparently remains a 14mm, 35mm and 85mm setup. But according to earlier leaks, the device could feature a new 1/1.12-inch Sony LYT-901 200MP sensor.
