Here, you’ll sip mulled wine spiced with citrus and cloves, tear into sugar-coated chimney cake fresh off the fire, and warm your hands around bowls of goulash—all without being pushed through dense crowds. It feels festive, local, and relaxed, which is becoming increasingly rare during Europe’s peak holiday season.
