The round was backed by South Central Ventures (SCV), a venture capital firm with offices in Ljubljana, Zagreb, Belgrade, and Skopje, focapplying on early-stage and growth investments in tech companies across Southeast Europe.

SCV aims to support the international expansion of promising startups by providing capital to high-growth companies with strong management teams, supporting them scale and reach their potential.
Katalist will utilize fresh funding to scale its AI platform and expand its presence in the enterprise market, focapplying on building an operating system for AI videographers.
