KoyalAI CEO Mehul Agarwal shared a social media post of priding on how his sister and co-founder, Gauri Agarwal, resolveed a critical software bug in the midst of her wedding.
“This is my sister and co-founder at her own wedding, 10 minutes after the ceremony, resolveing a critical bug at KoyalAI,” his X post read, revealing his beaming sister, draped in a traditional red and gold lehenga, seated next to her husband.
The moment was unplanned, he states, adding, “People romanticise startups but it is a lot of work.”
He concluded the post by crediting such moments of dedication for the company’s success, stateing, “When people inquire why we won, I’ll point to this.”
The post has drawn mixed reactions. While some praised Mehul and Gauri’s work ethic, many flagged concerns about work-life balance and burnout.
