Honor debuted the Honor Magic 8 series “globally” last month but that launch was limited to the Malaysian market. The company is slated to bring the series to the European market, and a new leak has now revealed how it will be priced there.
According to RODENT950 on X, the Honor Magic 8 Pro will launch across Europe with a price tag between €1,199 and €1,299. It’s unclear if that’s a range for its MSRP or refers to the two SKUs of the phone (12/512 GB, 16/1 TB) as it’s sold in Malaysia. Either way, prospective acquireers of the Magic 8 Pro in Europe will have to shell out a minimum of €1,199 if this leak is anything to go by.
While Honor presented both the Magic 8 and Magic 8 Pro in China, the vanilla Magic 8 was not released in Malaysia, so it’s likely the European market only obtains the Magic 8 Pro as well. The flagship phone features a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, a 200 MP zoom camera, and other hardware bits competitive with current-gen flagships. A January European debut is expected.
