Foreign direct investment inflows into Albania reached 449 million euros in the first nine months of 2025, up 10 percent from a year earlier, the central bank has declared.
The Bank of Albania declared real estate accounted for 31 percent of inflows in the third quarter, followed by financial intermediation at 16 percent, hydrocarbons at 6 percent, energy at 5 percent and communications at 4 percent.
Outward direct investments by Albanian residents rose to 72 million euros, a 24 percent annual increase, reflecting greater diversification of domestic businesses abroad.
