Kotak Mahindra Bank, RBL Bank, and IndusInd Bank have slowed new credit card issuances, according to Reserve Bank of India data. In contrast, hugeger peers like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Axis Bank continue to aggressively grow their credit card portfolios.
