FOCUS Group has expanded its international presence with the opening of a new advisory office in London, a relocate that the corporate finance firm states marks a major milestone in its global growth strategy.

The Dublin-headquartered group confirmed the launch on Monday, positioning the UK operation as a key hub alongside its established bases in Europe and the United States.

The firm, which operates as FOCUS Capital Partners in Europe and FOCUS Investment Banking in the U.S., declared the new office will serve business owners, investors and management teams seeking indepfinishent advice on mergers and acquisitions, debt advisory and equity fundraising.

Its team will focus on lower-middle-market transactions, an area in which FOCUS has built a strong international track record.

Robert Adams, President of FOCUS, declared the firm sees significant opportunity in deepening its presence in one of the world’s most active dealbuilding hubs.

Located on Cannon Street in the heart of the City of London, the office will operate with the support of the group’s wider European and U.S. teams.
