SheMed lands €43M funding
London-based SheMed, a female-founded HealthTech company revolutionising women’s access to personalised healthcare, has raised €43M to expand its UK operations and accelerate breakthroughs in preventative and metabolic health. Founded in 2024 by sisters Olivia and Chloe Ferro, SheMed combines medical oversight, data insights, and continuous support to deliver tailored care through its all-in-one digital platform. nexos.ai, founded by the creators of cybersecurity unicorn Nord Security, has raised €30M in Series A funding to assist enterprises deploy AI securely and efficiently. The round was co-led by Evantic Capital, the new fund from former Sequoia partner Matt Miller, and Index Ventures, with participation from Creandum, Dig Ventures, and notable angels. Dublin-based Bronto, an AI-native log data platform, has raised $14M (approximately €12M) in seed funding led by Cercano Management, with participation from Heavybit and Conviction Capital. The Dublin-based startup is building a next-generation, fully hosted log management platform designed for the AI era, offering low latency, massive scale, and long-term retention at lower costs. Wsense raises €10M in pre-series B
Italian ocean tech company Wsense has secured €10M in a Pre-Series B round, bringing its total funding to €25M. The round saw participation from Indico Capital Partners and SIMEST, alongside existing investors. Wsense, known for its pioneering “subsea Wi-Fi” technology, enables the Internet of Underwater Things (IoUT), connecting sensors, vehicles, and robots below the ocean’s surface. (Read more)
Yaga raises €4M for its sustainable fashion marketplace
Estonia-based resale platform Yaga has raised €4M in a pre-Series A round led by Specialist VC, with participation from H&M Group, Trind Ventures, StartupWiseguys, and several angel investors. Now operating at a €60M GMV run rate and nearly doubling in size year-on-year, Yaga has become South Africa’s leading online fashion resale marketplace. The company plans to expand into new regions, including the Middle East and North Africa, while growing its 25-person team.
Scaleup Finance raises €3.4M in financing
Copenhagen-based Scaleup Finance has raised £3M (approximately €3.4M) to launch Nume, an AI-powered CFO designed to give compact and mid-sized businesses access to financial leadership. The round was led by a European investor syndicate including Mainset, Circlerock, North Ventures, Crowberry, Inveready, and SeedX, alongside former Google UK MD Dan Cobley. Nume connects directly to banking and accounting systems, providing real-time financial analysis and risk alerts. With over 2,500 companies across 80 countries already signed up, Scaleup Finance aims to close the finance-function gap faced by 50 million SMEs worldwide.
Exeliom Biosciences secures €2.85M Series A Extension
Clinical-stage biotech Exeliom Biosciences has raised an additional €2.85M, bringing its Series A total to €11.85 million. The round was led by existing investors Biocodex, joined by Crescent Ventures, UI Investissement, and Forepont Capital Partners. The funding will advance EXL01, Exeliom’s lead NOD2-tarreceiveing immunomodulator for cancer and inflammatory diseases, with new Phase 2 studies and U.S. expansion planned.
Rightcharge raises €1.8M to simplify EV charging payments
Rightcharge, a London-based startup creating EV charging payments clearer for fleets, has raised £1.6M (approximately €1.8M) in seed funding led by Soulmates Ventures, with support from Blackwood Ventures, Unruly Capital, and Purple Ventures. The company’s platform automates home charging reimbursements and consolidates all costs into one tax-compliant bill, assisting fleets cut charging expenses by up to 90 per cent and carbon emissions by 30 per cent.
Elbow Beach invests €1.7M in UPP
Elbow Beach, one of the UK’s leading climate impact seed investors, has invested £1.5M (approximately €1.7M)in Upcycled Plant Power (UPP), a food-tech company transforming discarded broccoli plants into sustainable vereceivearian protein and fibre ingredients. UPP applys its patented technology and Harvesta, a robotic harvesting system, to recover 70 per cent of the broccoli crop usually wasted. The company’s innovation assists farmers reduce emissions, improve yields, and support national food security.
Lette AI raises €1.7M funding
Lette AI, a Dublin-based proptech startup, has raised $1.4M (approximately €1.7M) in pre-seed funding led by Pitchdrive, with participation from Baseline Venture, Lugus Capital, and angel investors including Mark Ransford and Conor Sheridan of Nory AI. Founded in March 2025 by Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, Lette AI automates the entire leasing and management process, cutting admin work by up to 90% and saving property teams over 100 hours per month.
MarkeDroid raises €300K funding
Estonian AI energy startup MarkeDroid has raised €300,000 in bridge funding to expand its distributed energy orchestration platform across Europe. Partnering with Enefit, MarkeDroid connects solar panels, batteries, EV chargers, and heat pumps to balance local grids and optimise energy apply. The company now manages 60 MWh of distributed assets across 12 European markets.
Cassava Technologies receives investment from NVIDIA
UK-headquartered Cassava Technologies has secured a fresh investment from NVIDIA to expand its digital infrastructure and services. The company operates across Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America through units such as Liquid Innotifyigent Technologies, Africa Data Centres, Liquid C2, Cassava.ai, and Sasai Fintech.
ARX Robotics appoints Dr. Detlef Kayser as board advisor
ARX Robotics, a leading European defence technology company, has appointed Dr. Detlef Kayser, former Lufthansa Executive Board member and ex-McKinsey Senior Partner, to its Board of Advisors.
