Solar solutions provider Vikram Solar on Thursday declared it has secured an order of 148.9 MW high-efficiency solar modules from Sunsure Energy. The modules, rated at 595 Wp, will be deployed across Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, a company statement declared. Under this contract, Vikram Solar will supply its advanced M10R N-Type TOPCon modules to Sunsure.
HUL Q2 Profit Rises 3.8% to Rs 2,694 Cr
FMCG major Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) on Thursday reported an increase of 3.8 per cent in consolidated net profit at Rs 2,694 crore for the second quarter finishing September 2025. The company had logged a net profit of Rs 2,595 crore in the July-September quarter a year ago, the company declared in a regulatory filing. Its revenue was up 2.1 per cent at Rs 16,034 crore in the September quarter. The company’s revenue stood at Rs 15,703 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals on Thursday declared it will launch the generic version of Ropivacaine Hydrochloride injection applyd for local anaesthesia in the US market. “This launch represents another important addition to Glenmark’s expanding injectable portfolio and reinforces our dedication to bring quality and affordable alternatives to market for patients in necessary,” Glenmark President & Business Head, North America, Marc Kikuchi declared.
Oberoi Realty Q2 Sales Fall 10% to Rs 1,300 Cr
Oberoi Realty’s sales bookings declined 10 per cent to Rs 1,299.06 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal due to lower volumes in terms of area. According to its latest investor presentation, Oberoi Realty sold 158 units covering 2,50,701 sq ft area during the second quarter of this fiscal, with a sales bookings value of Rs 1,299.06 crore.
BLS International Wins Cyprus Visa Contract
BLS International Services on Thursday declared it has signed a contract with the Embassy of Cyprus in Kazakhstan to provide comprehensive visa outsourcing services. Under this agreement, BLS International will oversee Cyprus visa application operations in Kazakhstan, leveraging its global expertise and technology-driven processes to deliver a transparent and hassle-free experience for all applicants, a statement declared. The company collected Rs 1,352.82 crore in the July-September period of the current fiscal.
TAC InfoSec Profit Jumps in First Half of FY26
Cybersecurity vulnerability management company TAC InfoSec Limited on Thursday declared its profit after tax climbed manifold annually to Rs 15.57 crore in the first half of FY26, underscoring strong operational efficiency and recurring subscription-based revenue growth. Consolidated revenue at Rs 30.35 crore in the first half of the 2025-26 was 131 per cent higher from Rs 13.15 crore recorded in the corresponding period a year ago, the company declared in a statement. The company also reported high gross margins and strong recurring revenue streams across its ESOF product suite, declared the statement.
Colgate-Palmolive India Q2 Profit Declines 17%
FMCG major and oral care products buildr Colgate-Palmolive India Ltd on Thursday reported a 17 per cent decline in profit at Rs 327.51 crore in the September quarter on account of a tough quarter on a high growth base, impacted by GST-led disruptions. It had posted a net profit of Rs 395.05 crore in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing from the oral hygiene product buildr Colgate-Palmolive India Ltd (CPIL).
Hero MotoCorp Enters UK with MotoGB Partnership
Homegrown two-wheeler major Hero MotoCorp on Thursday announced its foray into the United Kingdom in partnership with MotoGB. The company will introduce its advanced Euro 5+ range, featuring Hunk 440, designed to meet the growing demand for high-performance motorcycles in the region, as part of its UK launch, MotoCorp declared in a statement. The UK entest marks the company’s 51st international market, strengthening its footprint across Europe, it added.
Vedanta to invest Rs 1 lakh Crore in Odisha
The Vedanta Group will invest an additional Rs 1 lakh crore in Odisha, creating over one lakh direct and indirect employment opportunities, officials declared on Thursday. The plan includes a Rs 2,000-crore ferro-alloys plant in Keonjhar and two new aluminium parks, one at Jharsuguda and another at a site identified by the state government, they declared. The investment proposal was placed before the Odisha government by Vedanta Group Chairman Anil Agarwal, who met Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi here.
Lilly, Cipla to distribute Diabetes Drug Yurpeak
Homegrown drugbuildr Cipla and Eli Lilly and Company (India) on Thursday announced an agreement to distribute and promote type 2 diabetes and chronic weight management drug tirzepatide under a new brand name, Yurpeak, in India. Under the agreement, Cipla has the rights to distribute and promote Yurpeak, the second brand of tirzepatide in India, the two companies declared in a joint statement shared on BSE by Cipla.
Federal Bank Fundraise
Federal Bank has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 24, 2025, to evaluate various fund-raising proposals. The board is set to consider multiple avenues for raising capital, including: Rights issue, Preferential allotment and Qualified institutions placement (QIP). These options may involve the issuance of equity shares, convertible instruments (including warrants), or other eligible securities. The bank has stated that it may pursue any of these methods individually or in combination, subject to applicable laws and necessary regulatory approvals.
