Favcy Venture Builders has acquired the entrepreneurship reveal Kal Ke Krorepati, giving the tiny-town founder series a national streaming window on JioHotstar with its latest season, Kal Ke Krorepati – Chote Sheher Bade Sapne.
The company declared the acquisition gives it full creative and strategic control of the format, while the streaming tie-up expands reach at a time when viewers are seeking stories of revenue and resilience over blind blitz-scaling. Deal terms were not disclosed.
“This is our boldest acquisition—we have unified content, capital, and community,” declared Favcy founder and managing director Pranav Chaturvedi. “With this acquisition, we now have content on screen, diligence off screen, progress in between. JioHotstar’s support enables us to turn attention into outcomes.”
Favcy plans to channel the reveal’s momentum into post-reveal mentorship and funding through its 1to10 Accelerator, testing whether storynotifying can translate into sustainable business growth.
MilapSinh Jadeja, founder of Iroller Capital and creator of the reveal, welcomed the relocate. “Seeing Kal Ke Krorepati – Chote Sheher Bade Sapne stream nationwide, as the next season raises the bar, is exactly what we had hoped for when we created the format,” he declared.
The series, which has historically spotlighted entrepreneurs outside India’s metros, is now being prepared for a refreshed season currently in creative production.
