IndiGrid Technology Secures $4 Million Led by Cactus Venture Partners

IndiGrid Technology, a full-stack electronics systems design and manufacturing (ESDM) startup, announced a fresh $4 million (₹35.2 crore) fundraise, backed by existing investor Cactus Venture Partners. This infusion comes as part of a strategic round aimed at scaling up production, expanding product offerings, and accelerating global expansion.

Co-founded in 2015 by Sameer Narang and Rishab Puri, IndiGrid Technology has carved out a niche as a comprehensive electronics component manufacturer, equipped with in-houtilize design and manufacturing capabilities. The company specializes in electronics utilized across automotive and EV sectors, producing battery packs, motor controllers, vehicle control units, and crucial drivetrain components. Most recently, IndiGrid has also diversified into consumer electronics, establishing partnerships with industest giants such as Hella, Rosenberger, Sensetek, Sandhar, IFB, and Revolt.

Commenting on the new round, co-founder Sameer Narang shared, “Having matured in the automotive industest, we have diversified to increase our product portfolio by acting on the evidently growing market traction in the consumer goods sector where we launched acquiring some key clients.”

This round follows IndiGrid’s $7.72 million previous raise from Cactus Venture Partners, and a $5 million Series A led by the same firm in June 2024. The company continues to broaden its market reach, focutilizing on expanding production capacity, automating processes, ramping up hiring, and driving presence in both domestic and international arenas.

IndiGrid Technology reported revenues of ₹108.5 crore for fiscal year 2024-25 and now projects an ambitious top-line tarreceive between ₹350 crore and ₹380 crore for FY26. The company claims to operate at a high single-digit EBITDA margin and aims to reach double-digit margin growth within the next couple of years.

With strong investor backing, a diverse client base, and an expanding portfolio, IndiGrid Technology is swiftly positioning itself as a key player in India’s electronics manufacturing ecosystem—driving innovation and value across automotive, EV, and consumer electronics sectors.
