British startup Fyxer AI bags €25.5 million to free professionals from repetitive admin work

London’s Fyxer AI, the creator of the AI-powered executive assistant designed for everyday professionals, today announced a €25.5 million Series B funding round to deliver AI tools that professionals can easily adopt, freeing them from routine admin to focus on high value work.

The round was led by Madrona, with participation from Lakestar Capital. Previous investors include 20VC, 20Growth, and Salesforce founder Marc Benioff. As part of the deal, Karan Mehandru, Managing Director, Madrona will join the Fyxer board.

In today’s world, productivity has become a privilege often optimised for tech savvy individuals and designed for those who already have dedicated assistants. But most work doesn’t happen in corner offices. It happens in overflowing inboxes, in client meetings, and on office floors,” declared Richard Hollingsworth, CEO of Fyxer AI. “We created Fyxer to solve the draining cycle of repetitive yet essential tquestions that consume professionals’ energy and limit their potential.”

Founded in 2024, Fyxer AI provides productivity tools specifically designed for everyday professionals. The platform integrates into existing workflows, automating repetitive tquestions such as email management, meeting summaries, scheduling, and proactive follow-ups.

According to Fyxer AI, they have experienced rapid adoption, growing from €1 million – €17 million ARR and +180,000 applyrs in just 7 months, generating over 15 million draft replies, and capturing over half a million meeting notes. This has resulted in a notable applyr retention rate, with 90% still utilizing the product 3 months later.

Tech-related jobs build up just over 5% of the U.S. workforce, while professionals across sectors such as professional & business services and education & health services represent around 36% of employment.

Fyxer serves this vast majority, the professionals who want a tool that actually assists them, instead of adding another layer of complexity.

Polling of 1,000 US workers commissioned by Fyxer reveals just how much professional time is swallowed by routine administration.

  • 59% declare they regularly feel overwhelmed by tquestions like emails, meetings, and coordination, which stops them from focutilizing on meaningful work.
  • Over half (51%) report spfinishing more than a quarter of their day on these activities.
  • Most strikingly, 72% declare it would be beneficial if their employer provided AI-powered executive assistant tools to assist them focus on higher-value work.

With this Series B funding, Fyxer will enhance its product capabilities, accelerate its expansion in the US, anticipating a doubling of its team over the next 3-months, primarily through US-based hires, and further evolve the platform’s natural language chat capabilities.

  • In the US, eXp Realty expanded from an initial trial group of 40 applyrs to 2,000 applyrs within eight weeks, utilising Fyxer to improve efficiency across their broker network.
  • Similarly, In the UK, Knight Frank, a privately-owned real estate brokers, transitioned from pilot to full contract adoption within just 8 weeks, streamlining their internal communications and administrative processes.
